RETURN & REFUNDS

Any defect or complaints can be referred to the company’s customer care cell at 9322255456 or can be emailed to us at customercare@medisynth.com. The customer’s complaint will be redressed at the earliest. The customer may return the product if the goods are damaged. The damaged goods, as well as it's original packing, must be returned. Email the Snapshot at customercare@medisynth.com or Whatsapp on 9322255456. Please note Medisynth does hold responsibility if the goods are damaged while in transit.

Refunds are applicable only if, Medisynth has confirmed the order and the product is out-of-stock.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:
1. Used products
2. Products with tampered or missing numbers, including price & labels.
